Our story begins with Mdm Ling
Since 1991, the familiar aroma of freshly baked snack delights had been wafting from pioneer baker Mdm Ling’s home kitchen before she made a name for herself. Her brisk business saw orders rolling in from all over Malaysia and Singapore and the entire factory production is now housed in a state-of-the-art bakery she proudly calls her own. However, her commitment to quality never once wavers and she continues to insist on the use of the finest ingredients and implements stringent quality control to ensure her bakery offerings remain as delectable as her homemade selections.
All this while, Mdm Ling has been satiating our appetites with the best festive goodies we could lay our hands on. In fact, Mdm Ling is our inspiration and the driving force behind our business strategy when we decided to source for the best cookies and snack delights we have tried to bring to our shores. As a tribute to Mdm Ling, our company Mdm Ling Bakery Pte Ltd was incorporated on 29 December 2017. We hope that the admirable qualities of Mdm Ling which we can relate to and glean learnings from will give a fresh impetus to our business every moment, every day.
Today, one year after the inception of Mdm Ling Bakery, we are heartened to be recognised as a fast-growing importer, distributor and retailer of snack delights specialising in cookie collections and known for our signature buns – Tau Sar Bao (Red Bean Buns) and Salted Egg Yolk Lava Custard Buns. Guided by the acronym LING, we will continue our relentless pursuit of curating the best possible repertoire of well-sought after snack delights from Asia, with Love and Integrity for Naturally-irresistible Goodness!
